An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. This spacious apartment is centrally located in the center of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140 x 200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So this apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet. In our shared garden you can relax on the lounger in good weather

The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
