Jeffrey was a good host that was very personable and welcoming. The room and bathroom was very clean and I had no issues as everything was easy to find. I felt no pressure to interact but they were welcoming whenever we were both there and I had questions. Getting WiFi initially required me to go to the first floor but the home is beautiful, with amazing art pieces, ponds and tanks for their fish, and the living room with a personality. Jeffrey was easy the get into contact over the app and had problem explaining his interests and the things on their property. Overall I would recommend this place as it was a short bus or car ride to the Main Street of Newark.

We booked this location based on the wonderful reviews and we found it perfectly as described! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable! We enjoyed an outstanding breakfast courtesy of the Cafe on The Bay’s owner Tammy! I am forced to eat gluten-free and am use to only being able to enjoy a cup of coffee when meals are offered. When Tammy became aware of my dietary restrictions, she provided me with one of the best breakfasts I’ve enjoyed! We will definitely return if the opportunity arises and stay again!

Lovely place, clean, bed is super comfy. Each room locks separately so remember to bring phone to bathroom or memorize the security code. The refrigerator is in your room which is super helpful as I had medicine to store. Although your room is private the space is shared with others. It’s luck of draw on the other people. First night there was a loud obnoxious couple , 2nd night super quiet.
