The apartment can accommodate 5 people (1 double room, 1 twin bed room & 1 pull-out bed) & has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, tub), guest toilet, private terrace.

Ground floor: dining area with tiled stove and open new kitchen, dishwasher and oven, kettle, coffee machine. Exit to the terrace and shower/toilet. Upper floor: 1 room with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 small room with sofa bed (80 x 1.90 m) and shower/toilet. Top floor: with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). 1 x parking space and 1 x garage.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
