Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Welcome to Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari! Located on the side of our visitor centre sits a spacious two-bedroom home. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind, with stunning views and amazing walking trails right at your door. We are New Zealand's largest fenced eco-sanctuary, home to 2,500 kiwi which you should be able to hear at night. Your accommodation includes free access for self-guided walks through the Southern Enclosure, or book a tour to get truly immersed in nature.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Delightful rural 2 Bedroom home with stunning panoramic views of rolling farmland from the main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area, with a wonderful large north facing deck. This home is only 5 mins from Ngongotaha Village. A short drive to the Agrodome, Agroventures, Fairy Springs, and Skyline Skyrides. Just a 12 min drive to Rotorua City. There is walking access to the popular trout fishing 'Waiteti Stream', so pack your favourite fishing gear during the local trout fishing season.

Modern Adventure Getaway

Our private guesthouse offers two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The main bedroom is generously sized, while the second bedroom is more compact. It comfortably sleeps two, but if extra space for luggage or movement is important to you, this is worth considering when booking. One modern bathroom in between with heated floor. Next to the cycleway and 5 minutes from the mountain bike trails.

The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition.
