Monthly Rentals in Kings Beach

Pat’s place is in a great location, walking distance to King’s Beach and the local cafes and the surf club. The apartment is a good size and the rooftop is amazing. Pat provides lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions to assist. Communication was very easy and would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Caloundra.

My family had a very relaxing stay at Andrew's apartment. It was very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kids enjoyed the TV which had netflix. Andrew was a great host and responds very quickly to messages. I would stay here again if I come to Caloundra.

The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to the surf club and tavern, beach, park and cafes. It is very well equipped (especially loved the kids bowls/cups, DVDs and colouring in). Comfy beds/couches and lovely that we could see the ocean from the balcony. We had a great time and hope to visit again in the future!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The room was immaculate and spacious and Alex was a friendly and helpful with the information provided. Would definitely recommend to others.
