Great stay, spacious house, and very clean. Wonderful price as well.

Our stay was so peaceful . Location was great and easy to get to other areas around Williamsburg. Our 3 year old grandson loved the cows in the backyard.

Lindsey is incredibly responsive and helpful. Clear instructions. Best office setup that I've seen from any AirBnB. She's professional and friendly. Home is very inviting. Don't hesitate to text her if one of the neighbors is doing his thing by playing music too loud. She is on it. If you don't have a car, make sure to rent one. Getting Uber / Lyft was a lot more expansive that I though $135 / ride to $20 / ride. And the rental car companies don't have cars available for days although it want a special event. Obviously that has nothing to do with the host. That's a tip to make you're stay smooth.

We loved staying at John's place, especially hanging out on the screened-in and open decks in the back of the house facing the water. Beautiful view, quiet, and very peaceful. We also had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-appointed.

Our stay at Martine’s Cozy Relaxing Retreat was exactly what my family and I needed during a major transition from Texas to Virginia. The home provided a peaceful and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood just outside Richmond—close enough to access job opportunities, yet far enough to enjoy some calm. Martine was a gracious and helpful host, even guiding me through the Airbnb app to extend our stay when our housing search took longer than expected. Thanks to her support, we had the stability we needed until we found a permanent home. We’re truly grateful for this experience.

Jazmin thought of everything! The house was well appointed and so clean. So very thankful! We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Loved seeing the bunnies and fireflies.

House and ground were beautiful! The vast estate was very well manicured and well kept. It was a unique house being 160 years old and having the kitchen in a separate house but did enjoy the time era furniture. House had been updated and was done well. Fireplaces in all rooms was awesome even though we only used the one in the kitchen as the pilot light wasn’t lit in the others. House had all of the items needed for a vacation and we would go back in the future if we are in the area.

The place was exactly as depicted. Great place for a private night in Virginia.

Ryan's place was amazing; exactly as described in the pictures. Ryan was very responsible, and honestly, we did not encounter any issues. Overall, I would greatly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Grateful Meadows! It was so peaceful and even more beautiful then the pictures make it look. It was amazing meeting all of the residents and Victoria gave us a great tour and introduced us to everyone. We can’t wait to return sometime!

Had an amazing time staying here. The place was extremely clean and very peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and spices. Beautiful backyard and the hot tub was the best part.
