Pham's flat is decent and comfort with big living and dinning rooms, esp. the wash machine with dryer and detergent. We didn't try kitchen but I believe it's perfect. The place is quiet and safe with police guard. It's easy to walk into street foods and shopping malls. Also, Pham is super hospitality with great kindness and flexibility. Will stay again with 4 or more people.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

Hoang was the warmest, most welcoming host, and his place is absolutely stunning. The rooftop offers some of the most spectacular views of the rivers weaving through Hanoi’s buildings, and the apartment itself is so spacious and cozy. And spotless, too! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back someday. Thank you for having us :)

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to all the buzz, street food, and cultural sights, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The host was welcoming and responsive and ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the heart of Hanoi and feel right at home.

I’ve stayed here many times and absolutely love this place. Over my previous visits, I shared a few small suggestions with the host — they were very attentive and truly listened. This time, I stayed at their new apartment, which is incredibly beautiful, spacious. The host clearly pays great attention to every little detail. The furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen is wide and spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times in the future!

5-star Stay — Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio. The space is full of natural light, spacious, and incredibly well-located — perfect for exploring the city but still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Everything was sparkling clean, and I want to give a special thank you to Linh, the cleaner, for doing such an amazing job. It really made a difference walking into such a fresh and spotless space. The host was kind and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Dieu was always quick to tell me about recommended shops and how to shop, and my first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that everyone is writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
