Cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Maccas, bottle shop, bus stops, train station are all in a short walking distance. The tram and Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Linear park, Plant 4, Welland Plaza and Arndale Shopping centre are all within walking distance of under 30 mins.
