The place is beautiful and in a serene beach-front area. The house is clean, spacious and child friendly. Caroline, the host, is soo kind and was able to assist in my enquiries. If you need to relax and rejuvenate from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

I stayed at Lydia's place for 5 days with my family.Lydia's place exceeded my expectations! the welcome was good, she responds very fast to her clients. the place is neatly kept! ever clean. and ofcoz a cake surprise on our last day was lovely! I recommend her to anyone travelling to Mombasa.

This cozy studio is just steps from the beach and centrally located to town, with convenient transportation options nearby. Perfect for a relaxing stay with everything you need within reach!

Silvia's apartment is located in an enclosed complex in Watamu, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Watamu. The apartment is generously equipped with all amenities, there was nothing missing. We even found a water dispenser. A very comfortable bed in which you sleep really very well. We stayed here in the low season for 3 days, unfortunately it rained in one day but there is a huge TV in the bedroom, we were able to make ourselves comfortable. All in all perfect for a successful stay in a very good area in Watamu. Silvia's apartment is always included in our choice when effective is back in the area next time.

This was the perfect location for our family with a toddler. Easy first floor walk out to pool and access to the beach. Comfortable AC in the bedrooms. Very nice bathrooms and convent kitchen for stay-in cooking. Looking forward to returning to Patrick’s first floor unit in the future!

superb villa super pool super personal

I had an overall wonderful stay at the property. It is well equipped, peaceful and tastefuly furnished. It is at a great location which is secure. The check in process was smooth. Francis is a great host, who was very responsive and prompt in sorting out any issues that arose during my stay there. He was gracious enough to allow a late checkout which I highly appreciated. I would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best Airbnb stays I have had. I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable it was a joy just to hang around and chat. The environment was so peaceful and beautiful it was a tropical paradise. I definitely would love to come back again to their little slice of heaven.

I was thrilled with my stay ! Tess has thought of absolutely everything to create a perfectly effortless holiday accommodation - lovely coastal style home with open air flowing through and lush greenery around. Every space tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Each room with privacy and its own patio! Great wifi so you can lounge poolside and get work done if needed:) Chef catering to your needs with fantastic food and really lovely home-style spaces for games, meals and organizing fun days! activities- Tess helped organize our days so we balanced activity and relaxation- helping to plan activities in the water and in Malindi for us based on what our group wanted to do/see. Going on a water safari was awesome- def. a must do! safety + security- never had a single concern. There are call boxes in every room though we never needed. staff was amazing. location - you can walk to the beach! made it so easy to move solo within the group for morning swims and beach walks!

We were genuinely happy and excited during our stay at Korosho House and the staff - Moses for showing us around and taking us on different activities, Francis for the very tasty food, excellent and accountability while doing the meal plans, Vivian for always keeping the house clean and being around. The view and the pictures on the website were upto par. Fun fact : When you go there plan to go for at least 2 weeks #many activities available. The only "disappointment "is that we only stayed for 3 nights next time we should definitely come for 7 nights. The pool was very clean, the compound was well kept, there is an outdoor patio along with an outside gym. The environment was serene and secure and the creek had a beautiful sunset view. Also games for kids and ocean related activities. The price is inclusive of the chef's services.

Rose is a fantastic host together with the staff on site, always keeping it clean, helping when needed! Very nice house and cozy pool, nice to also have neighbours (two similar houses next to each other). Only thing to note is that the location is slightly off but we rented motorbikes that were delivered to the house and Anthony the Tuktuk driver is great to drive you anywhere, so not a problem in the end! Also Kenyan power with the power cuts, but the generator always worked so it wasn’t a big issue.

Very nice garden and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and everything is available. In the area you can do a lot (kitesurfing, swimming, snorkeling and various excursions to the area such as the Gede Ruins, to the elephants, Malindi, etc.) the turtle station Local Ocean Conservation is highly recommended. You can easily reach many places in the area by motorcycle taxi or tuk-tuk. There are small stalls within walking distance to buy the essentials and a supermarket about 10 minutes by motorcycle.

We stayed at Aisha's place with my family. The appartement was clean, cosy, comfortable, with air-conditioning in both rooms and a lovely shared swimming pool in the compound. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and gave us a lot of suggestions about what to do in the surrounding area. We will be definitely coming back, it was great value for money!

This place was absolutely beautiful - felt right at home! It’s a great, clean, and convenient base in Watamu. The apartment was spotless and so practical for our stay, with a fully equipped kitchen. We had an incredibly comfortable stay. The property has a pool and is right on the beach, with stunning beach views from our balcony - it was gorgeous! It’s also very close to the market and a lovely brunch spot that serves the best ice cream. Highly recommend staying here!

Rita was an absolutely wonderful host. She allowed us to check in earlier since we were travelling from far. In fact , she was awake when we arrived early in the morning to usher us in. The house was clean, spacious and super beautiful. The surrounding were green and well maintained. The staff at the house were really helpful and the place felt very secure. We enjoyed our stay at this house. We enjoyed the food that was prepared for us by the host and the chill and relaxing atmosphere created for the guest. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back again soon. Thank you for making our stay in Watamu memorable.

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and we were able to use it every day. The air conditioner kept us comfortable, and having a washing machine and iron was really helpful, especially with the clothes we brought. A cleaner came in regularly, which kept everything tidy. Getting to the main amenities and nearby cities was easy, and tuk-tuks were readily available to pick us up whenever needed. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend staying at Lucy’s place!

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere during my stay. There is a gym located within the premises, and the instructors were incredibly friendly. Additionally, it's a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Susan’s place is a true gem. The beds were comfortable, always hot water and power, well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous pool and patio. Even niceties I dint expect like security cameras, house cleaning and a quality washing machine. You have all you need to live there autonomously. Next door is a great pizza place w vegan pizza and cocktails! Notes for families: the beach that is directly outside of Susan’s compound is not family friendly nor good for swimming (trash and khat chewers). But the cleaner swim able beach is just a 8 min Tuk Tuk ride away. Worth the distance to have such a gorgeous condo! The pool was shallow enough for my 5 yo to stand w her head above water but a short child or a younger child couldn’t stand. There is no “kiddie pool”

Overall, this place is lovely. Very modern, clean and quiet, despite being in the center of the town. We stayed during a long weekend and enjoy this nice, little green oasis. However, few things to improve/keep in mind: - the wifi was VERY unreliable and the connection was dropping off constantly. Not a big deal per se, but might be frustrating if internet is needed for work calls, etc. - there’s no tea of coffee available in the apartment. Would be good to have some basics like this ready for the guests. - the mattres was way too hard for us, and the pillows were too small to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Marie's place was superb! We had an early arrival to Mombasa which Marie gladly accomodated. She was responsive and a phone call away incase we needed anything. Thank you Marie! We will visit again
