The apartment on the 12th floor (Unit 12H) was spotless, brand new, peaceful, and beautifully furnished with a stunning city view. The smart self check-in was smooth and easy, and the WiFi was fast and reliable — perfect for both work and relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional 24/7 customer service. The host was always available, attentive, and genuinely caring. I usually stay at the Hilton, but this Airbnb experience was ten times better. If the owner ever sells this unit, I’d buy it without hesitation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nairobi — it’s a luxurious, quiet, and flawless place to stay.

I have visited Kenya many times and this was the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. The host always found a way to help and the check-in and check-out process was perfect. There were restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance so it was a very comfortable stay in nairobi. I would recommend this place over any other hotel in Kenya and I am sure you will not regret it.

Staying at Denise’s AirBnB was incredible! I think it is the best kept secret in Nairobi for the price. It is amazing that he had a full kitchen, a wonderful living room (with a TV with Netflix) excellent Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom that had shower and toilet, and a very responsive hostess, who lived upstairs on the third floor, and was always there if I had a question. I would highly recommend this, AirBnB, and no wonder he is a five star amazing host. He certainly deserves it!!! Thank you Dennis and if I am ever in Nairobi again, I will certainly stay with you.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Escada apartment. From the moment we booked, our host Hendrica was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had absolutely stunning views of Nairobi from the living room, and bedrooms. The rooftop restaurant was a definite highlight, great food, great ambiance and lovely staff. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool this time, but we’re already planning to come back and take full advantage. Special mention to the cleaner as well, very kind, respectful and professional. Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and we hundred percent recommend to anyone visiting Nairobi. Daniel is an excellent host and the apartment is well suited for you if you’re looking for a safe and secure place to stay in Westlands, Nairobi. Daniel communicates extremely well and we would definitely return and also recommend anyone to stay at his place.

Having stayed in a different unit of this building before, I was reluctant to book for my entire stay. I wanted to be certain that everything was to my liking. To my contentment the unit was as shown and Mary was quite responsive regarding any unforeseen circumstances that arose. I wound up booking the unit for the entire duration of my time in Nairobi.

My family had a best experience during their stay . The location is easily accessible and beautiful. Our host was on a different level , a very welcoming person ready to assist whenever you needed her. My family will for sure go back once again because everything was to satisfactory .

if you are looking for a place that's chill, safe and on a budget, look no further, we stayed there for a month and it was really nice. the place itself was clean spacious enough for the two of us with a nice green yard to hang out in. Jay was always responsive and very helpful, even with things not related to our accommodation. we felt like we made new friends and it was sad to leave.

A wonderful experience. Sally was awesome, gave great advice about surrounding areas she was close by and responded well any questions I had. House was extremely well maintained and huge by my standard. I would absolutely be happy to return for future visit. Thank you for a super visit to Nairobi.

My husband and I had a great stay at Margaret's place. Samuel and Mercy were a tremendous help to us throughout the week, and were so attentive when we had brief struggles with the electricity. The house is simply beautiful...only house on the compound - private and peaceful. Beautiful living room and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi!

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately shorter than we had planned but Katelyn was extremely accommodating and the cottage was cosy and comfortable with really nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage was also located in a great area close to everything you might need.

Very convenient location for a weary traveler arriving late from the airport looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable place to sleep. The area has numerous nearby restaurants at Nextgen Mall to get breakfast in the morning

The condo was very clean inside and out of the apartment. We loved the roof top. The building is very secure and we always felt safe and welcome. Great restaurants nearby. Shops and grocery stores as well. Nancy went above and beyond to accommodate us for check in/out. Very responsive host. The only real down side was the night club across the street had a very loud event the night we arrived. That’s not fault of the host but it’s worth mentioning. In the house rules it was implied there would be kitchen basics and while there was sugar for coffee there was no oil for cooking or anything else. Not a big deal but also worth nothing so that if you’re planning to cook you can prepare accordingly. The kitchen was otherwise decently stocked. Overall excellent location, great value, communicative host. Would recommend.

Very nice choice for our first visit to Nairobi. The photos are accurate and the space was clean and tidy. Designs Feels Feng Shui and we could definitely see ourselves living here 🙂. Blossoms was very responsive and provided great care and service. The house keeper is very thorough and she takes pride in her work. One of our best airbnb experiences. I’d certainly stay here when in Nairobi and recommend others to as well.
