My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. We visited with another couple and had a wonderful stay. House is big, clean, well organised and has everything you could possibly need. Tara was a joy to deal with and couldn't recommend it highly enough... especially when you have 6 kids running about.

Great location with excellent host and very dog friendly.

The little cottage was very clean and comfortable and in a good location for exploring Wicklow. We really appreciated that John had lit the fire and provided pastries and a jar of Irish marmalade for our arrival! Our only minor complaint was that the kitchen wasn't well equipped with cooking utensils. Great for breakfasts, but not so much for evening meals - however we managed alright.

We loved our stay. Went for walks across the fairways with the dog. Beautiful countryside views. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Really enjoyed my stay at James place! It was so peaceful and relaxing! A lot of work has gone into setting the Georgian theme of the place and he has got it spot on! Also has your modern necessities to insure your stay is comfortable! I enjoyed the walk through the grounds, really made me feel at home being from the countryside myself! I found it so handy that they have a restaurant on site and the food was amazing! All of the staff at James place were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again! Thanks James for the lovely time!

Dan’s Tigin is an absolutely lovely place to stay: the house, the surrounding countryside, the local amenities and the people. Marie was so kind and speedy in responding to everything. Our stay with Derek & Adeline was perfect! From the moment we landed in Ireland Derek was helpful with travel tips and was extremely communicative with anything we may have needed. The cottage itself was quaint and everything we needed for our stay. Already thinking about our next trip to Straffan!

Great place to stay, area is lovely and peaceful, and quiet but not isolated, The cabin is fantastic and has everything you could need, it's spotless with a lovely relaxed feel interior, It was lovely to sit out in the evening on the porch with a cuppa while my dog played with his football and frisbee, he was excited as he could run around and explore in the fenced off area around the cabin, which is fairly spacious, The motion sensor lights outsides are handy for any night time toilet trip my dog had to make, The warm freshly baked scones that a family member delivered were yummy, the bed was really comfortable, the coffee machine was amazing, My dog was very happy with his present of a toy and even fell asleep while playing with it in the evenings, It was a very relaxing stay and very enjoyable, would definitely stay there again,

This place ticked all the boxes for us..Nicky loves cycling and Rose loves walking beautiful area for both...The house is even lovelier than it looks on screen...also we could bring our little dog Auzie...and that meant a lot to us...once we keep him under control as farm animals nereby.....we just cannot praise this place enough....Nicky & Rose

Our accommodation was conveniently located between Newbridge and Naas. Most of what you need is available in these two towns. Only 40 minutes from Dublin if you need the big city. Our delayed arrival meant we did not meet our host but a full list of instructions was there for us and we were able to communicate with him when needed. Welcoming touches made our stay enjoyable. Thank you Ciaran for trusting us with your home for five days.

We had a great stay in this family friendly home, communication was friendly and efficient, checking in and out easy. The location is convenient to visit Dublin and surroundings, and there is parking right in front of the house. Thank you Marion and family for a lovely stay

Peaceful quiet and comfortable.

We stayed here with our 3 children for one night. It is close to the motorway & was an ideal place to stay to break up a long journey. The stove was lighting when we arrived & lots of turf left for us to keep the fire going. Milk in the fridge & a fresh loaf of bread for us to enjoy. The kids loved the box of toys & books there also. Stephen was very responsive to any message. Highly recommend.
