This 65 m² newly built apartment is furnished in a modern sand-and-sea-inspired style with light colors, wood elements, and elegant marble accents. It features a king-size box-spring bed, an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, a 65-inch TV with Netflix, a private balcony, a workspace with a height-adjustable desk, private underground parking, and a central location near the train station and historic old town.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Hiking and biking directly on the vineyards

The approx. 45 square meter apartment offers everything for a relaxing stay. It has a separate bedroom, a new modern kitchen and a small, functional bathroom. The quiet location makes it the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours through the surroundings. Perfect for those who want to combine nature, exercise and relaxation. Upon prior request, the double bed can also be made into two single beds.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. In principle, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with, for example, a washer/dryer, SodaStream, internet-enabled TV, WiFi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)
