Beautiful riverside apartment with fantastic views

The top floor apartment (there are two further apartments in this 3 storey building) is a large one bedroomed apartment with a large sitting area. There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. There are fans in the bedroom and sitting room and along with air conditioning and air cooler. The apartment has wifi and good cellular reception. There is a shared security guard over night.

A modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry and a central island with seating for three. Towels and a fruit bowl are arranged on the counter. Glassware and dishes set for a meal provide a welcoming touch. Bright lighting enhances the clean, organized space.

I returned here for a second visit because I couldn't imagine a better place to go in all of Khartoum. After a long, chaotic day of running around Sudan, i know that i can come back here to relax, sip on some complimentary hibiscus tea, and let my worries melt away. The host helped me out so many times - answering Sudan questions, exchanging money, offering tips/ recommendations/etc... you will be in good hands here.

The entrance area features a modern reception desk with a sleek black marble finish. The flooring is composed of glossy black tiles. A warm-colored door adds contrast and is positioned prominently, while subtle lighting enhances the space's contemporary design.

The apartment was good and has a great internet connection as well as 24/7 power generator, so you don’t have to worry about electricity shut down. If you are driving the place is in a great location where you can drive to many nearby places around the area. Finally, Dr.hassan is extremely polite and friendly person, he is always there to help you out , guide you and take care of you. I would recommend the apartment as it is as described.

A spacious living area is furnished with two armchairs and a large sofa, arranged around a wooden coffee table. Elegant chandeliers provide ambient lighting, while a dining table is visible in the background, enhancing the overall functionality of the space.

This place is one of the best apartments I have rented in Khartoum. There is space for everyone, fast Internet and it’s very relaxing after a long day in the sun☀️It is located in a great area, close to everything and Tarig is always available to help you with whatever you need day and night! Mohammed’s place can be expressed in one word: perfection Wide and spacious place, nice furniture and appliances, quite and accessible neighborhood in addition to safety. I think I will stay there again.
