It's quite a nice place. Centrally located, it's very close to a big shopping mall and other supermarkets, in addition to the very centre of the city. It's at the same time quiet, as it's on a street with abandoned buildings. There are no shops on the ground at the moment, as it looks like it has been attacked in the war quite recently, with many holes in the building, and the lower, front-facing windows gone, and other spots where windows were being blocked. The Wi-Fi was fine and the host was responsive. It's easy to find and easy to get in too. The amenities worked well, and there are many lights to choose from, to create different ambience. The only thing is that the bed is 2 beds put together so there's a gap in between.

A small dining area is showcased with a round table and two modern black chairs. A vase with purple flowers decorates the table, accompanied by a bowl of fruit including a red apple and grapes. Bright natural light filters through sheer white curtains.

I have stayed at this Airbnb several times now. In the past I have stayed at others in Kharkiv, but now I will be a repeat customer. I have nothing bad to report, communication was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. She has earned my repeat request for accommodations. Stay here, you will not be disappointed. Short walk to city center, very good bed and location.

Everything is great, clean and tidy. There is everything you need for your stay. The hostess is easy to communicate, responds quickly. A reliable corridor (2 walls), close to the metro, to Nikolsky and various establishments, which is very convenient! I liked everything, thank you for your hospitality!
