House vacation rentals in Khao Yai

Wat een fantastisch huis, waar we een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad. Bij binnenkomst voelden we ons gelijk thuis. Het huis is groot, zeer schoon en ligt op een mooie plek op het einde van een rustig straatje. Zeer privé. We kwamen gemakkelijk binnen met de instructies. Er waren snacks, drinken en koffie. We konden via Grab eten bestellen maar er zijn ook genoeg opties in de buurt. 2 keer per week kwam de Pool Guy en 1 keer per week de schoonmaak. Wat erg prettig was. Het contact met Teeladee verliep gemakkelijk en altijd vriendelijk. Wij komen hier zeker weten terug!!

We stayed in the house for 1 month and loved it. Very beautiful and quiet location but close enough to the action as well. The house itself was in a very good shape and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I can recommend this beautiful house 100% and I hope to stay there again.

Its a bit far from town but that's good since there is so much traffic downtown. There are many excellent restaurants just a short drive away so a car is recommended. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook your own meals. The Village Market is just 10 minutes by car away. The pool was very nice. Very comfortable accommodations. The bed very comfortable and the long couch is nice for a good book read

Second time my group has stayed here. We took both units 2 x 4 bedrooms ( ensuites ) access to pool + rooftop. Very comfortable to relax or socialise. Excellent spot, close to the main parts of town/ beach all walkable and great restaurant within 2 minutes walk. Great host Kronkit, very helpful and accessible. Love to get back there soon.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

The place is actually as described in the picture, clean and fresh. The staff will always be available 24 hrs. House is wide and has a large area for my dogs to have fun in the yard and pool. House is fully equipped, even the kitchenware. Air con is working well too. But if you bring dogs, please be aware of little hole under the wall tree, can easily sneak out 🤣 but it’s really not a big problem. Have a small group of wild chicken but they’re cute, not effective my stay at all. This place is worth my money. Will be sure revisit in the future 🥰

We had a lovely time at the property, the pool was clean and lovely, the beach was walking distance which was perfect and the sheets and all were clean.

Very nice villa in Hua Hin. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a stylish and cozy feel. Everything was spotless, which made the stay very pleasant.

A perfect stay for myself and my family to stay in Hua Hin and explore the area. The location was great! Right by a 7-eleven and a Mini Big C, cafes and restaurants. We trained Muay Thai at King of Muay Thai Gym which was less than a 10min walk away. Other attractions were walking distance such as Hua Hin Market, beach, Market Village & Bluport Shopping Centres. Tamarind & Cicada Markets are about 3km away but it was so easy and cheap to get a Grab there - they are well worth visiting. The host was extremely thoughtful. We arrived late in the evening and she made sure we got there safe, made it easy to check in and had everything we needed. Upon arrival there were snacks which was a lovely surprise. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to live there comfortably! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning here when visiting Hua Hin in the future.

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

I had a wonderful stay at Homme’s place! The house is spacious, bright, and incredibly inviting, located in a peaceful, secluded area with stunning mountain views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The parking space is very convenient, making it easy to come and go. Homme was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who works remotely, I also appreciated the excellent working setup—there’s a big desk that’s perfect for productivity, coupled with the quiet surroundings. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat or a productive working getaway. Can’t wait to visit again (and probably will)!

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was truly a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by nature, the place offers a sense of calm that’s hard to put into words. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to blend in with the natural surroundings. I especially loved how the space allowed for quiet reflection, whether you were enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch or taking a walk nearby. What made it even better was how undisturbed everything felt — no noise pollution, no distractions — just a pure connection with nature. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the simple things. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility, inspiration, or just a break from routine. I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Een geweldige villa. Echt prachtig en rustig gelegen. Een fantastisch zwembad met jacuzzi. Bij aankomst verwelkomt door de host en een rondleiding met uitleg over alle apparatuur door de villa. Zeer ruime living met open keuken. In de villa zelf 4 ruime slaapkamers met allen een inloopkast en ensuite badkamers die ook erg groot en schoon zijn. Mooi terras rond het zwembad en een overdekt gedeelte om ook buiten te eten. De 5e slaapkamer bevind zich in het poolhouse en is ingericht met een living en slaapkamer. Zeer moderne keuken met alles erop en eraan. Je kan de host op elk moment iets vragen. De communicatie verloopt erg soepel. Deze villa is het geld echt waard , een echte aanrader. Heb vaker een poolvilla gehuurd maar deze is echt geweldig. Ik ga hier absoluut zeker terugkomen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karn and Karn Resort in Hua Hin, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. Accommodations: The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a blend of modern amenities and traditional Thai charm. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the private balconies provided lovely views of the lush gardens. Facilities: Karn and Karn boasts a beautiful pool area that is perfect for lounging under the sun. The resort’s gardens are well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

Tusanee was a great host, very accommodating and the little splash pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for a lovely little lunch we put together... most definitely stay again if we pass HuaHin area

The villa is lovely and in a private gated estate, we felt right at home and we will definitely book the villa again when we are back in Hua Hin.
