Vacation rentals with beach access in Khao Yai

P. Hat eine excellente, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung möchte ich als sehr angenehm bezeichnen, da diese poolseitig ruhig ist und sich durch Sonneneinstrahlung nicht aufheizen kann. Alle Geräten in der Wohnung sind sauber und funktionieren. Die Waschmaschine ermöglicht auch einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung äußerst wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir Gäste in dieser schönen und gepflegten Wohnung sein durften.

Stayed for two weeks and everything was great. Clean, secure and quiet. Handy to everything. Has everything you need and hosts were extremely helpful.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Overall, a great stay! The location is perfect and the place is very comfortable and convenient. Just a small issue—the toilet spray hose was leaking. Otherwise, everything was great!

Awesome week stay at Joey's condo, superb location in a breathtaking Condo complex with a massive pool and garden area. From Check in to Check out, everything was top notch. Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, cane's, mall etc. Joey's condo gets my highest grsde!

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

The place was cleaned and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. It's in a good location close to amenities. Good value for your bucks.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

nochmals lieben dank für alles. ich hatte wunderbare tage. die gegend ist ruhig, sicher und gut zu fuss erreichbar. einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich vor der haustüre. die wohnung ist klein aber fein und sauber. das internet ist sehr schnell, alles top.

wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder in Wens Haus für 5 Tage, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben und sofort wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Wir kennen Hua Hin schon sehr gut und haben uns nicht zuletzt auch für Wens Haus wegen der guten Lage entschieden. Alles top, Stylist und jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke Wen für deine Gastfreundschaft. 🙏😁

The place is actually as described in the picture, clean and fresh. The staff will always be available 24 hrs. House is wide and has a large area for my dogs to have fun in the yard and pool. House is fully equipped, even the kitchenware. Air con is working well too. But if you bring dogs, please be aware of little hole under the wall tree, can easily sneak out 🤣 but it’s really not a big problem. Have a small group of wild chicken but they’re cute, not effective my stay at all. This place is worth my money. Will be sure revisit in the future 🥰

We had a lovely time at the property, the pool was clean and lovely, the beach was walking distance which was perfect and the sheets and all were clean.

후아힌에 또 오게 된다면 여기를 다시 예약할것입니다. 저녁에 이동해도 안전함, 바다와 가까워서 훌륭한 위치, 숙소는 매우 안전하며 깨끗합니다. 보안요원도 매일 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줍니다. 수영장 또한 매우 깨끗합니다.

We had a great stay. Lovely pool area. Host was very responsive and kind, got us a taxi when we where stuck in bad weather.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. Thanks, Desmond, I'll be back.

Very private location. Some nice restaurants near 200mtrs. Laundry available, small groceries stores available. Huge clean swimming pool. Garbage can be collected from doorstep Nearby 7 11 and lotus mark is 1.5km. Grab food available. In my personal experience, kitchen cooking utensils are not enough big for four people as apartment is quite big. Needed washing machine. Other than Best of my stay, would love to stay again in my next visit even if I m alone. Beautiful view from balcony can spend all day viewing the sea. Recommended.

I had the pleasure to stay at Derek's Hua Hin condo. Derek was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. The check in was smooth and problem free. The price was well worth the stay compared to other places in the area. The view from his condo was fantastic and the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. His recommendations were top notch and I loved the food choices he provided. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Derek for the great stay!

This is the 5th year we have stayed in this apartment since 2020 so I believe that itself speaks for how much we enjoy staying here. It is peaceful and yet having access to the hotel facilities is a lovely bonus especially with 20% discount off food & drink. If stsying for more than a week hire a car lots of intetesting places to visit within easy driving distance.
