Vacation rentals with beach access in Khao Takiab beach

This place was perfect for me. Local to all amenities, the apartment was modern, clean and tidy, equipped with everything I needed for my 2 week stay. Fully air conditioned so quiet and peaceful, bed was super comfortable. The host was fantastic checked in on me and any questions got back to me immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this apartment again and although not a hotel I would give it a 5 star rating.

Great place to stay if you want a quiet and away from the crowd. Beautiful swimming pool and the house is perfect. We had a nice stay.

great apartment. very well renovated. comfortable and plenty of natural light. surrounding location is spit on with plenty of walking distance shops and restaurants for all budgets.. we really enjoyed our stay.

Die Anlage und die Wohnung waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Putzfrau kam alle 2 Wochen und hat die Wohnung blitzeblank geputzt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Besonders möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Leute in der Rezeption unglaublich hilfsbereit sind! Ich kam abends im Dunklen an; der diensthabende Mann in der Rezeption hat mich nach der Ankunft mit seinen Motorroller noch mit zum 7/11 Einkaufsladen genommen, den ich im Dunklen gar nich gefunden hätte. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, ca. 20 Meter lang, der täglich vom Personal sauber gehalten wurde.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

The host was excellent, the walk to the beach was pleasant, and the apartment was lovely.

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

The house was very nice and team was great they were extremely responsive. The pool was great. We had an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it repaired that day. The locations was great secluded a 2 minute walk to the beach. The road to access the house is pretty narrow we arrived in a large 10 person van that you see everywhere in Thailand. It could make it to the house but it was tight any normal SUV or car would have no issue getting to the property. We stayed in the rainy season and did arrive right after a HUGE storm so the street in front was flooded with a inch or two of water if we didn't arrive in such a large vehicle we would have been able to pull into the drive way and not have to walk through the water. It did drain fully shortly after we had arrived and did not flood for any of the other rain storms while we were there. These were all very minor things to me and would absolutely stay here again.

5 stars! Perfect for families with kids We had an amazing stay — 7 of us in total (5 adults and 2 kids) and the place was super spacious, comfortable, and well set up for a group. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for families. Would definitely stay again!

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Awesome stay! Really first rate. The apartment occupies two floors, and each room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The wee pool is a particular delight. Loads of character. For perspective, we stayed the following nights in a fancy resort, but felt much more comfortable at Mark's place, for a fraction of the price.

Our stay at Cozy House in Hua Hin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home – it truly felt like our own house. The property is incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our big group, and the added luxury of a jacuzzi was a huge bonus. There was plenty of common area and spaces for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The location was also ideal, being conveniently close to downtown Hua Hin while still offering a peaceful retreat. What truly made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly kind, passionate, and took the time to explain every detail about her beautiful home. Her dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable stay was evident and much appreciated. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone considering a trip to Hua Hin, especially if you're traveling with a large group. You won't be disappointed!

Leuk verblijf. Hua Hin is vooral voor ouderen een prachtige plek. Voor ons jonge ouders was het een prima plek om een weekje door te brengen. Vooral het zwembad was ultra relaxt voor onze baby. We zijn een keer naar het strand geweest wat ook prima is. De kamer zelf is voor ons net als thuis. Super leuk ingericht.

Wir waren knapp 6 Wochen im Apartment und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Staff der Verwaltung war bei verschiedenen Anliegen äußerst hilfreich. Pinpach hat sich um kleinere Mängel in der Küchenausstattung schnell gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We went with our 2 year old daughter and had a great time. Several pools and child friendly. Great location with everything we needed nearby. The place was clean and spacious. Well worth it. We will recommend it to family and friends.

후아힌에 또 오게 된다면 여기를 다시 예약할것입니다. 저녁에 이동해도 안전함, 바다와 가까워서 훌륭한 위치, 숙소는 매우 안전하며 깨끗합니다. 보안요원도 매일 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줍니다. 수영장 또한 매우 깨끗합니다.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. Thanks, Desmond, I'll be back.

I had a wonderful stay at La Habana Hua Hin. I wish there was an option to give 6 ⭐️ because everything about this place is just right; very good price, nicely decorated apartment, big pool, very close to the beach, 2 local food markets only 1 minute away, gym, reception, security .. everything just works perfectly and everyone is so friendly and accommodating . I can definitely recommend this place to anyone
