Monthly Rentals in Khánh Hòa

I came with a lot of expectations after reading the reviews before the trip, but it was even better. I communicated with the host, Clara, and she immediately replied, and I received a lot of help, such as booking a taxi and making a reservation for a meal. Breakfast is really as good as the reviews, plenty of food, and the menu changes~ Coffee + juice + fruit come together. I booked dinner twice and paid extra. And the fridge is stocked with bottled water and is free, and beer, soft drinks, and soju are charged, but the price is similar to the grocery store. I don't think you need to go shopping for heavy stuff! The swimming pool is spacious and the depth gradually deepens, so it's good for both children and adults to play, and the water temperature is just right for playing. I also swam well at night. I read the reviews and planned to stay at the Banyan Villa for a day, and it was so nice. The kids swam 4 times that day ^ ^ If the shower filter is dirty when you clean it, you should replace it. The color changes quickly. There's shampoo, body shower, and a lot of towels. The village is about 15 minutes by car from downtown Natrang and is quiet. I recommend it for those who come for family trips!

About the unit: I stayed at Minh’s accommodation for a month while living in Nha Trang. Since the stay was quite long, there were occasional issues (e.g., bugs coming in from outside), but Minh responded very quickly each time, which made the experience satisfactory. Housekeeping was done daily, allowing for a comfortable and pleasant long-term stay. I also learned that Minh manages several accommodations in the Panorama Hotel, so I recommended her place to my family for their one-week visit. They said they had a comfortable stay in the spacious and well-maintained room. About the building: The lobby is often crowded with tourists, so it can take some time to catch an elevator. In rooms with an ocean view, you may hear some music or noise when events are happening on the beach.

Nice apartment, quiet environment, there is everything you need in the apartment, nearby there is the sea and a shopping mall, a large supermarket, a lot of cafes around and a pleasant part of the sea where you can swim in the morning and sit in the evening there😌 is a balcony where you can have breakfast and just relax, good housing for a long time, the only small disadvantage was that there were ants, but this issue can be solved ;)

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very helpful, and made sure to do everything they could to accommodate my needs. The location is in the less touristy half of the city, which I liked, and is near a beach, and 2 mins from 2 very good cafes. I look forward to my next stay with them!
