Vacation rentals with a patio in Khan Na Yao

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Bangkok und haben aufgrund von den sehr guten Bewertungen die Unterkunft gebucht. Den hervoragenden Bewertungen können wir uns im vollen Umfang anschließen. Es gibt gar nicht auszusetzen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Oase im sonst so troublingen Bangkok. Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit im G.O.A.T zu essen. Es ist in jedem Fall sein Geld wert. We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! Incredibly cozy with minimalistic charm. Amenities abound, including comfy towels, a plush bed, and fantastic Japanese automatic toilet! Perfect location near Arena Impact and Thunderdome, with a new MRT station adding convenience. My only wish? Bikes or scooters for easy local exploration. Highly recommend!

As described, the house has a very good atmosphere, beautiful.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

We had fun with our stay, our accommodation was near restaurants, mall and train station so its very convenient for a first timer in Bangkok. They also provide free shuttle service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We look forward going back to Bangkok with this same accommodation.

Great hosts who are always responsive and friendly. Really loved this location with everything that I wanted to explore within walking distance. This area will be in the list of areas that I will consider in my next trip to bkk.

This is definitely top of the list for my favourite AirBnBs. The hosts have paid a great deal of attention to make the condo feel super homey, clean, and stress free (check-in and communication). The location is pretty good (10-15 min walk to BTS or 2 min motorbike). The pool is nice and the gym is useable (it could have a few more things). Highly recommend!!!

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

Beautiful and spacious this apartment is thoughtfully designed to create a destination in itself, an oasis in the midst of city bustle. There is access to Skytrain and metro within a few mins walk, a calm park and many restaurants and shops. Best of all was our host, Hooray, who was not only endlessly patient with questions but charming and helpful. Book it!
