A spacious studio apartment in a quiet part of Lynnwood, Pretoria that is in the heart of many and varied places of interest. Tired of loadshedding or no water, this is the space for you. We have solar, battery back-up, an outside gas hob to keep you going during routine stages and off-grid water supply. It has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, small lounge and separate office space. It comes with free wifi and full DSTV. It is has its own secure parking and outside entertainment area.

Coffee shops, restaurants, and a fantastic park are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment is not child-friendly and we do not cater for infants and/or small children.

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

There is a washing machine and dishwasher available too. Please note that there are stairs from the garage leading to the unit. The unit is not wheelchair friendly.
