An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. Welcoming, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Between Broek and Duin". Recently renewed with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Ervaar de luxe van de slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping, met een en suite badkamer met luxe douche en groot vrijstaand bad. Geniet van het adembenemende panorama-uitzicht over de stad en de haven vanaf het dakterras. En ontdek de kelder met originele middeleeuwse trap.

Cozy and quiet cottage near ‘s-Hertogenbosch

Get rid of the crowds. Wake up to nature, the birds whistle cheerfully towards you. You will be in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch within 30 minutes. The cozy cottage is behind our house, in the yard of a former dairy farm. On the edge of a beautiful nature reserve in the middle of the Bommelerwaard. Ideal base for visiting other cities such as Utrecht, Breda or Eindhoven. Want to relax? You walk from the cottage into a beautiful nature reserve.

Chalet Maasview

Enjoy the wonderful view on the river Maas. Take advantage of your own dock for boating or fishing, there is also a boat ramp next to the chalet to water your own boat. This chalet has every comfort. Bathroom with spacious shower, kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
