This place is fantastic! Would definitely stay again! Shari was very responsive and the place was very clean and had everything that you need!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

Very nice location, extremely quiet, plenty of space. Water pressure was low, but no biggie. Was perfect for our trip to granddaughters graduation up the road at West Chester University. Highly recommend!!

Indescribable peace, serenity, and splendor! Cody was above and beyond in being accommodating and responsive! I cannot stress that enough. The house is perfectly designed and furnished! The pool and hot tub were inviting and wonderful! The nature, sunrises, sounds of birds chirping...No need to bother with packing, security lines for planes, trains, and automobiles for a getaway for me anymore ! Being at this house was no different than taking some far away trip. It had everything a resort would have without the fuss and muss of travel and people! My travel companion could not join me, so I was by myself! I got to experience true tranquility, peace, and mindfulness! I felt safe and secure. Only recommendation, is to give instructions for the A/C and washing machine, but I figured it out. Internet was great speed for working. I clearly would highly recommend a stay at the King's House, even for a queen or princess! Thank you Cody and Suzanne for a wonderful stay! One word, fabulous!

Dana’s home was absolutely beautiful. Not only were they super accommodating, the home itself is beautiful and the history it holds is something to treasure! A very memorable stay- highly recommended for anyone in the area! My son was in awe of their farm animals!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Cottage was cozy & comfortable. The lake is a beautiful place for kayaking, and really ideal for the marsh creek triathlon! Thanks Genine & Mike for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful & private little cottage, surrounded by nature yet within 15 minutes of everything we needed! The home is beautiful & quiet, and the window views from the couch this time of year are serene. For dog owners, the neighborhood is walkable and there’s also a gorgeous park up the street with a few scenic trails (it’s called Martin Park — bring bug spray & check for ticks once you’re done!). Will absolutely make it a point to stay here when up visiting family. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

Lisa and Brian made us feel right at home for the month we stayed at the Spruce Edge Guest House. We appreciated the hospitality and opportunity to get to know the family. Lisa’s homemade granola and breads were a special treat. We will stay there again if possible.

The tiny house is cute and comfortable. For a tiny house it is very spacious, with a nice sized kitchen with full size appliances. The loft bedroom area is super cozy. The area / grounds are quiet and peaceful, but close to restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Place was great. Everything matched the listing. Plenty of space for the entire group. Loved all the cooking utensils, dishes, serving plates, etc. Overall it was a great stay. I would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was close to family and friends in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated A'Lexa's help in covering the dates we needed, and although it ended up that only the two of us stayed the majority of the time, knowing that we had a relaxing place to stay really helped! We would definitely stay here again!

Charming house within walking distance to Kennett Square. The place looked exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of street parking in front. I would recommend staying here!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. The “added touches” were so thoughtful. The home is decorated beautifully and every detail is well thought out. The entire house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal. We loved staying in this home.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

My 5 friends and I were overly impressed with Juliana’s home. The home and grounds were gorgeous not to mention the animals and how they were perfectly cared for in their separate spaces. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and the indoor fireplace. We visited the chickens and delighted in collecting the eggs. Absolutely a fantastic home!

Kat’s house is very spacious with comfortable furniture and an awesome master bedroom bathroom shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a quiet park with a picturesque stream less than a minute walk down the street. Everything needed for an enjoyable is provided.

What a beautiful quiant farmhouse with a brook in the front. Rustic and clean with worn wooden floors and a nice kitchen. Close to longwood gardens and west chester.

We cannot recommend Jennifer’s property enough. Like all other reviews, the property is absolutely immaculate. It’s decorated with love and taste. There is absolutely everything you’ll need. Jennifer is amazing host, super friendly and responsive. We had everything we needed and she was always there ready to help. We would love to return to this beautiful place and feel like at home again. Thank you Jennifer and family for being super hosts, we hope we see you soon again and all the best !

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!
