Vacation rentals with beach access in Kennebunkport

This place was amazing, great location and so peaceful! I loved that I could walk to the beach and the Main Street. It was also nice that it was only a 20 min drive from the main city Portland

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

This is a great place for a girls weekend! We were close to the hike and beach that we chose. Also a quick drive to Portland! Would recommend and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s apartment - I’d highly recommend it! The space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of walkable spots to explore. Susan was a top-notch host - friendly, communicative, gave wonderful recommendations, and just an all around lovely person.

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, cozy, and relaxing space. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and 2 lighthouses, but still had great access to the old port and other parts of Cape Elizabeth.

Studio by The Sea Barbara&Jim, Traveling alone is often difficult. I felt very secure upon arrival. The hosts were welcoming and happy to greet me. They gave me a tour of the Studio and were very informative about the surrounding area. So much to see and enjoy. I will always hold this Airbnb stay close to me. Come and visit Studio by The Sea! My family and I loved staying at Ryan's place! We had three generations, and everyone felt super comfortable in Ryan's charming home. My kids loved the backyard swing set, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the porch! Would highly recommend this place to friends, and can't wait to go back!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Robin was a great host. Welcome package was a nice touch and she was very proactive with outreach. This location can’t be beat as far as walkability to downtown KPT!

Truly a gem of a rental! The house is adorable and really brought the New England vibe we were hoping for in our visit to this coastal town. A well decorated, well stocked home that's within walking distance to historical Kennebunkport, restaurants, and other activities. Wish we stayed an extra night! Katie was also a gracious host, very responsive and helpful.

Holly’s home is possibly the best airbnb experience we have ever had. Holly has thought of everything to make you feel like you are home. The home is even more beautiful in person with a newly renovated bathroom and wonderfully decorated rooms. We ate every meal possible out on the covered porch. We hope to go back soon as this is quintessential Maine.

An absolutely charming property that is close to the beach, the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The property is very well designed for function, is very appealing and had a lot of features and the amenities that we were looking. Plus, the overall style was clean and appealing. The host is amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely go back.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!
