We had a great time! Naima is a host as we almost see more. She cares about the well-being of her guests, her apartment is furnished in fact to make you feel at home. Everything is very clean both the apartment itself and the bed linen, bath towels... It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with pod, laundry, iron, buoy and children's armband, sea shoes...) really nothing is missing. The residence is very secure with security guards who make rounds very often. Large parking lot in the residence. Very clean pools, many restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 minutes walk. I really couldn't find anything negative about our stay. I definitely recommend, you won't regret your stay.

Very good stay! The apartment was impeccable, very clean and well maintained. The building is clean, quiet and secure, which is very nice. The only small downside: the sofas lack a little comfort. But overall, it's a place I would highly recommend. Thank you again for hosting us!

A unforgettable stay! I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Hamid, who took the time to show me around and give me recommendations on the best local attractions. The apartment was impeccable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Bedding was particularly comfortable and clean The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking and I loved having my coffee in the morning while admiring the panoramic view. The location is ideal. Spacious modern apartment with beautiful sea view. The sound of the waves was a symphony for my ears. The sea view is spent in the morning, the night is beautiful. A stone's throw from the cafe restaurants. I recommend it.

It was good to stay, only far away shops

The apartment is great. We enjoyed our stay. The Wifi is good, but was not sufficient for our remote work jobs. Definitively enough for browsing though.

Clean apartment, well-equipped, matches the description, comfortable bed. New building, garden in front, quiet neighborhood, we rested well after a family evening, close to all amenities, responsive host.

Ideally located accommodation with a magnificent ocean view from the garden. Big spaces. Hicham and Mr. Mamoun are very kind and responsive people. Thank you for hosting us. They did us a great service! Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't working, it would have been perfect. We recommend this listing and will be happy to go back!

The house is very nice. Perfect for two families. Now with the exit of the nearby highway, it's also easy to get to.

Nice Apartment in a great location. Everything is in walking distance. Plenty of shops near by and you can walk to the Marina or City Centre in less than 5 minutes. Driss is a great host and he is very accommodating and helpful. If you’re looking for all that then you should get this apartment.

we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!

very good stay at Astrid and Jaouad 's. the apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. close to shops and restaurants secure parking, top caretaker. very nice to have the pool just downstairs having a swimming supervisor for children. communication with Astrid and jaouad is very good, very responsive. the key exchange was done by their mom who is very kind too. we know where to come for the next few times.

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. It is absolutely a beautiful place and surroundings. Swimming pool in front of the apartment I could see my kids from the apartment as well. We had a great time with our family. And will definitely come back. I had forgotten my bag with important items in it and was neatly called that I had forgotten my bag. Thank you Samira for hospitality!

Loved our stay! Thierry is very warm, attentive and offers good advice. The place is even nicer in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We who were afraid of being warm, the sea air is 100 times better than the air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to be transported to stay in the zone. Consider shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!

My husband and I had a great stay at Ali’s place. Ali has a great sense of humor and is a very friendly host. His place was clean and is located in a private secured residence. The view is beyond phenomenal. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the right place for you!
