There is a King bedroom with TV, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk bed bedroom (double bed on bottom/single top). The fourth bed is a comfortable Queen Size Sofa Bed, located in the lounge, which can be partitioned off from the rest of the house via block out blinds. Outdoor firepit area with wood is supplied Undercover fire table unavailable for use.

River Oaks is joined to acres of dairy farming land and overlooks a horse stud across the river with direct access to the Mary River. We are located in a small riverfront laneway with just 3 properties, and yet just a 4 min drive to the village of Kenilworth. Children, adults and pets have a fabulous time spreading out on the river front lawns and accessing the river for swims, kayaking or fishing. Or just sit beside the outdoor (or indoor) fire and relax and unwind while the family play.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
