Vacation rentals with a patio in Kemalpaşa

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Her şey çok güzeldi rahat ve temiz bi konaklama geçirdim

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

Evde konaklamam harikaydı! Her şey bana söylendiği gibiydi, son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ve ilgiliydi, kendisine sorduğum her soruya hızlı ve yapıcı şekilde yanıt verdi. Kendimi gerçekten güvende ve rahat hissettim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isterim, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim🙏

Geceleri balkonda ve içeride daha rahat edebilmek için, misafirlerce, sivrisineklere karşı tedbir alınması gerekecektir. Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

lovely place to stay and right in the centre of Alsancak

Konaklamamız çok keyifli geçti. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibi hatta daha güzeldi. Temizlik konusunda çok titiz davranılmış. Ev sahibi çok yardımsever ve misafirperverdi, her sorumuza hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Bir dahaki gelişimizde tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Ailemle beraber kaldık, 6 kişi gayet rahat ettik. Mutfakta mikrodalga vs olması işimizi çok rahatlattı. Ev düzenli ve temizdi. Sorularıma hızlı yanıt aldım. Karşılamada da evdeyken de kolayca ulaşabildim. İnterneti sorunsuzca kullandık.

Ulaşımın kolay olduğu bir konumda konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Görseller ile birebir bir güzel bir evdi. Giriş çıkış sırasında bir sorun olmadı. Emre Bey ve Eda Hanımla iletişime geçmek kolaydı. İzmir'i gezmek için ideal evin yakınında otobüs ve tramvay durağı mevcut.

Nerden başlamalıyım, hangisini anlatmalıyım bilmiyorum ama kısaca şunu söyleyebilirim ailem ve benim için harika bir deneyimdi. Nily son derece ilgili, tüm merak ettiklerinize son derece hızlı yanıt veren yani dört dörtlük bir ev sahibiydi :) Evi ise kesinlikle kelimelerle anlatamam. Sanki zamanda geriye gittik ama bu yolculukta bugünden sevdiğimiz yeni şeyler de bizimle geldi. Dünün ve bugünün muhteşem karışımı. İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey evin içerisinde ve çevresinde fazlasıyla mevcut. Hele ki o arka bahçesi gerçekten bütün yorgunluğunuzu alacak buna emin olabilirsiniz :) Ayrıca ev konum olarak da birçok yere yakın ve ulaşım noktasında hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Özetle kendi evinize bile geri dönmek istemeyeceğiniz kadar güzel bir deneyim yaşamak istiyorsanız hiç düşünmemelisiniz. En kısa sürede yeniden görüşmek üzere :)

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.
