For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the BD, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (100 × 200 cm). A sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) is available in the living room. We are happy to provide a crib. Ideal for families, business travelers and groups.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

I am offering an entire 1 bedroom with approx 600 sqft in the basement. The apartment is newly renovated and fully stocked A maximum of 3 guests can stay and rest very comfortable. The location is ideal. The next bus stop is a minute away, train station is an 8 minute walk. Either way, you'll be at the airport in less than 10 minutes and Frankfurt or Mainz City are about 20 minutes away.

With more that thwo people staying at our apartment, the couch turns into a bed for one or two people. In the summer months when it gets hot in the apartment we also offer an AC.
