High floor, amazing view. Clean and well maintained apartment. Cross the road to Jaya One for your basic supermarketing and food needs. Great host! Note the drop off pt is weirdly designed - at basement1 behind building. Car park lot is at level 4 (3a), so from b1, it is some 5,6 floors up, lost count. Great that the parking lot is very near lift lobby.

Overall we had a good stay here. The place is spacious and reasonably well maintained. It is in a great location as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. I do think some of the smaller amenities could be improved given the high price point (most other accommodation options in KL are quite a bit cheaper). The bed is not particularly comfortable (though it is not too bad - we didn't have trouble sleeping). The water dispenser's water is lukewarm. There was a very small leak in the bathroom ceiling. And finally the wifi is largely functional but not great, especially for video calls. I should stress that we had a great time here (hence the 5 stars), and most things were well up to standard. But I think it is worth mentioning some of these finer points since this is intended to be luxury accommodation (and is priced as such).

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

Jereh’s apartment was the perfect base for my family and I while my daughter was having surgery at Sunway Medical Center. Its only about a 10 minute walk from the hospital and 5 minute walk to the supermarket, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. And Sunway Pyramid Mall is a less than 10 minute Grab ride away. The apartment was super clean and cosy, with great showers, and the building itself had a good pool and playground for my kids. I would definitely recommend Jereh’s apartment if you need a solid accommodation option in Bandar Sunway, or the surrounding area. Thanks again Jereh!

Max and Catherine were incredibly responsive and accommodating—from the basic essentials to helping out when small things came up, everything was handled superbly. 👍😊 The location is perfect—very easy access to public transport (the MRT is just a short walk away 🚆), and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby 🛍️🍜. It made getting around and enjoying the area so convenient! Most importantly, Max and Catherine are genuinely kind and thoughtful people 💕. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, even though we were far from it. It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

Our host was super warm, friendly, and welcoming. When the unit was ready, he texted me to let me know I could check in early as it was cleaned and ready. He was also flexible with the check out time, letting us check out an hour later even though he had guests coming in on the same day. Really really appreciate the early check in and late check out. My group had a comfortable and cozy time at the unit, it was clean and organised, enough space for the 9 of us. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Pai. La localisation est parfaite si vous souhaitez être un peu à l’écart des zones touristiques, tout en restant bien connecté. La station de métro la plus proche reste facilement atteignable en Grab ou en bus. Il y a plusieurs restaurants juste en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Pai est un hôte très réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Loved the place - great location, unit and host!

Overall, had an excellent stay. The apartment offers fantastic value, a superb location, and the host was very responsive to inquiries. However, the check-in process, particularly coordinating airport arrival and key pickup, could be improved to minimize wait times for guests.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Just a 3-minute walk away, there’s a shopping mall with few of food options and a Jaya Grocer, which made everything really convenient. We chose this place because we were planning to visit Sunway Lagoon , it only took us around 10–15 minutes by car to get there. If you’re traveling with a group, I think this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
