It is located 8 km away from Ağvaya in a separate land on a detached land in the Avdan neighborhood, in an area where the view of nature will be panoramic from each room. There are 40m2 covered camellia, 25 m2 of covered camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue, fire pit in the camellias. There is a french fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably in the L armchair that opens in the living room. In this peaceful accommodation, which is usually preferred by families and large groups of friends, relax by the stream,sip your tea, have nice conversations around the fire pit, bake chestnut or sausage bread, close your special barbecue. Upon heavy demand from our guests, our giant outdoor hot tub for 6 people is now at service. Who does not want to unwind in the cozy hot tub with foam,hydromassage,waterfalls, even if it rains. Cold training in the pool after the jacuzzi is especially recommended.

our house is very easy to reach 2 hours from Istanbul. 40 minutes to Sapancaya, 1.5 hours away from the abanta. Our triplex house is only for rent on the top floor. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner on request. You can do trekking, fishing , mushroom picking activities. For crowded families, we have extra rooms and transfer from Istanbul for transportation you can message us with detailed information.

We tried to think about everything you might need to feel at home. The issue we act most sensitively to is cleaning. In addition to general cleaning, we disinfect our house with both ultraviolet light and high temperature steam in order to provide extra hygiene in today's conditions. We tried to color your environment with the furniture and accessories we produced ourselves. We took care to ensure naturalness and simplicity with wooden pieces.
