This place is a large nice home with thoughtful touches. We didn't realized that there isn't a stove for light cooking, and wished that it will mention it was a counter top bar mini fridge.

A nice comfy place to stay and relax, very near the beach although if want to go into town is far a bit. The 3rd floor has 2 bedroom toilet lock has problem. Ground floor bedroom cannot lock the door because some issues. Other than that, mostly very good and comfortable.🫡

The apartment was clean and had ample amenities for a short to medium stay. Grocery store and local hawker center is about a 10 minute walk. Less than 3 minute wait for Grab which made traveling around very easy. The only con I can think of is that you hear the local karaoke until 11PM and sometimes the singer can be quite bad. Overall I would stay at this place if and when I come back to Penang again.

Host is responsive and even he can’t accommodate last minute request, he will reply professionally with proper reason. Overall, the house is very clean and has all the basic facilities you will need. The lift may take a longer waiting time but this is expected if you are in between the checkout time, and during peak season. There are eatery nearby within 5-10 mins drive. Two allocated car parks is a selling point for bigger group. I would recommend this homestay.
