Это здание без лифта, вам нужно подниматься пешком на 3 этаж) Чем хороша эта квартира? Отличное местоположение, отсюда легко добраться до самых важных мест. Мы предоставляем свежую питьевую воду в больших 20л бутылках. Большая кровать в спальне и раскладной диван в гостиной. Высококачественное постельное белье, которое используют наши гости, мы сдаём в прачечную, где каждый раз оно проходит кипячение, антисептику и глажку прессами. Я говорю со своими иностранными гостями на английском языке)

Beautiful apartment in the city center

Cozy 2bd apt, right in the city center. 1 min. walk from Metro, museum and the famous alley with the legendary Fountain"Semirechye",where scenes from many movies have been filmed. Safe, quiet residential area surrounded with a unique blend of contemporary, Soviet and traditional architecture. Initially this block of apartments was built for Soviet Academics and Ministers. Grocery stores, cafes, electric scooter rentals are only within 2 min. reach.
