Monthly Rentals in Kaymaklı

Ortahisar is around 5km from Gerome which is the central hub of Cappadocia and therfore ARC is a bit more remote. We loved it as the town was very peaceful, just what we needed after our busy time in Istanbul. Lots of walking, hiking and exploring with some great hospitality. Thank you!

We just wanted to stay one night, but after seeing the house, we decided to extend it. The host was very caring, the house was very tidy and beautiful. Avanos was very close to the city center, we could go anywhere without a car.

Very clean. Spacious and so fun to stay in a cave. We loved the amenities of dishwasher and washer. Has a lovely terrace and good big table to eat at or play games.

Serpil and his parents were great hosts. As others had said. Serpil's parents are very kind and welcomed us with a great smile and a delicious cake. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, a great terrace. Everything you need to cook, with good cooking ware. Serpil was very attentive and checking often if everything was OK. He even helped me to print some documents I needed. The location of the house is perfect, close to all the attractions and also very quiet (except for the early calls of the mosque for prayer, which you can't avoid in Muslim countries).
