I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a good stay. The host was very friendly and concerned with providing the best service as well as giving good recommendations for patios in Varna. Recommended! :)

Stayed for ten days and enjoyed every minute!

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Highly recommended 💜 We were very lucky to stay in this wonderful accommodation in Bulgaria for a second time and what can I say - it was just perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the lovingly designed welcome greeting made us feel right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, super cozy and furnished with so much love for detail – you can just feel that someone is a host with heart. Everything you need was there – from towels to kitchen utensils to small touches like snacks, water and coffee. You didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the stay. Lusia and Kevin are incredibly friendly, helpful and absolute people of the heart. So much warmth and hospitality is rare! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come a third time💜

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the center. The apartment is in a very convenient location. I rented the apartment for my friends and they liked everything. The apartment is very quiet and a very suitable place to stay with a baby. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very responsive.

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The location was great! The place was clean and layout was good. The unit felt a bit smaller for 4 people but it was comfortable. There’s no elevator and the staircase is tight for some who require more space.
