Babu's property is located extremely close to the cliff, making communication quite easy. Everything was at a walkable distance. The room was also quite good with all necessary amenities. The host and caretakers were extremely helpful, helping us out with anything we needed. They also have bikes for rent, which helped us in exploring Varkala. The property itself had a wonderful charm to it, making the stay an unique experience. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Varkala.

I will fall short of words to describe the beauty, class and charm this place has to offer. Starting from the location, to the linen, the crockery, the cutlery, the interiors, the lighting and view everything was nothing less than exceptional. The host is an amazing person with impeccable hospitality. He is rather a super host, Rafi is an exceptional person with a wonderful nature and is a great human being. This place is a treat and a delight to to ur five senses. This place is not a project but a dream turned to reality. The property and the views from there are beautiful and for us it was a lovely place to get wedding ready. The pool and beautiful surroundings make it a really wonderful place; the breakfast was amazing, too. But what stood out most was the extremely caring and lovely care taker, Vipin. Vipin answered to each and every request, be it a late night hair dryer or very early morning coffee. We could not be happier with his care and responsiveness he made sure my family and I felt right at home and could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for more, our biggest thanks to him!
