Nature lovers will love it because the mountain offers great views, especially sunsets. 400 meters away flows the river Nevėžis, where you can swim, fish. Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.
