We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Cozy half-timbered house at the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

Room with private bathroom and kitchenette in Altenkirchen

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

In the beautiful forest-rich area of Germany, at the foot of the Westerwald, as a neighbor of Siegerland and Sauerland, is our approx. 50 sqm apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 people, surrounded by pure nature. The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Herkersdorf Kirchen/Sieg. Directly from the apartment you can discover the most beautiful hiking trails on foot, climb the famous Druidenstein and much more. But you can also simply find peace and relaxation in the apartment.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Stellplatz und eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Sie befindet sich direkt am Einstieg zum Naturschutzgebiet Trupbacher Heide. Zudem ist das nahegelegene Sauerland, das Siegerland sowie der Rothaarsteig gut zu erkunden. Die Entfernung nach Siegen und Freudenberg beträgt jeweils 7 km.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Gästehaus Bähner

Built in 1963 by my grandparents, we have revived the old part of the bungalow in the charm of the 60s and converted it into a spacious guest house for 2-3 people. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, this is the perfect starting point for hikes in the beautiful Siegerland, for excursions in the region, e.g. e.g. to Freudenberg, Siegen or Biggesee. But it is just as perfect for a break from everyday life, for rest and relaxation. Welcome to Föschbe!

This small apartment, not far from the A45 (approx. 3 minutes), is an ideal starting point for hikes and explorations in the nearby Sauer- und Siegerland and the Rothaargebierge. The university and the surrounding hospitals can be reached by car in a few minutes - an ideal place to stay for students, lecturers, professors, nurses and doctors. Business visitors will also find a pleasant and quiet stay here. Sofa bed is available for a 3rd person/child.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In our small mobile home you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the farm grounds (about 80 m away). Only for guests who love nature and a little camping ambience! Feel free to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is nearby and the passage of the horses to the meadow leads past the mobile home.
