Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge-freezer - all overlooking the garden. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
