Villa vacation rentals in Kato Paphos

We loved staying at Myria’s! It was the perfect space for our family while we visited family in Paphos. It was spacious and clean and we loved the backyard. The pool stayed fairly warm but we were also there in July so that was to be expected with the high temps and we were still able to enjoy it. We would gladly come back and stay at the house or recommend it to others

Brand new house fully equipped with high standard equipment. Peaceful house with a nice sea view and a pleasant swimming pool. Easy access and good location to start visiting Cyprus. Very clear and professional instructions at the arrival from Lana. To conclude, it was a very good choice !

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

Wonderful stay. Excellent pool and really great sized bedrooms! Make sure to pack shampoo/body wash etc as there’s no toiletries provided! We knew that going in so packed accordingly which is why it’s still 5 stars. Thomas was super helpful, would definitely stay here again next time in Cyprus! Good location - out of Paphos but some nice things nearby. As an FYI there are cameras all over the pool area - not a problem for us but worth mentioning!

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for my family with the bathrooms, lounge & dining there’s plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the sun lounges around the pool in the afternoons.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober 24 in Sabines Wohnung und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist recht großzügig über 2 Etagen, wobei wir nur zu zweit waren. Für vier Personen ist aber in jedem Fall gut Platz. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Überall kräftige Klimaanlagen, sehr nützlich! Die Möbel etc. sind älteren Datums und nicht mehr taufrisch, aber alles ist gut in Schuss gehalten und funktioniert. Man hat direkten Meerblick aus der 2. Reihe, das Wrack der "Demetrios III" liegt sehr romantisch direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Riff. Das einzige, was man kritisch sehen könnte: Die Strände in der Umgebung sind alle nicht ideal, hier muss man Kompromisse schließen. Sehr nett und relaxed: "Sandy Beach" ca. 8 min. entfernt, allerdings mit meist recht rauen Wellen. Wenn man in der Nähe von Paphos Urlaub machen möchte, ist die Wohnung von Sabine sicher eine gute Wahl.

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

If you are looking for a beautiful traditional house nested in the Cypriot hills then look no further. Our wedding party felt at home and very comfortable during our stay and the pool was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lenos & Mrs Demetra have been so helpful. We will definitely come again, let us know best way to book.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

Sarah‘s Unterkunft war einfach großartig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Highlight ist der Blick von der Terasse, weil man dort jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Zudem hat Sarah uns bei jeder Frage schnell geholfen. Insgesamt kann man mehr als zufrieden sein mit dieser Unterkunft.

Fabulous, well equipped villa (looks just like the pictures) in a stunning location. David is really a super host - very responsive, has a villa to be proud of and provides service to match

Fantastic villa that seems like new. Highly recommended for a great break. Take snorkeling gear to see the fish. t is a mostly rocky coastline with great cove swimming. There are some more stony than sandy beaches near. There are a few restaurants in the area though you may want to go farther affield. Recommend a car to get around. The hosts were remote though helpful and sent people to fix the dishwasher.

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

we had a pleasant stay at Costas place. he was a very welcoming host and the house has everything you need for a nice stay as a group in paphos. light and spacious place with all necessary things. close to lidl and the beach also, the only thing that is a bit annoying is the traffic noise but it did not really affect our stay too much. would definitely recommend!

Andreas is a fabulous friendly host and we loved our week at his villa. He was waiting for us when we arrived at 9pm and had very kindly left a fridge full of wonderful fresh food and drinks. The villa is secluded in beautiful gardens and surrounded by olive groves, about 100m back from a busy main road. Once you’re at the villa, it feels very peaceful and traffic noise isn’t an issue. The villa itself is spacious with great size bedrooms, good bathrooms and much needed air con. We are a family of 6 adults and it was perfect for us. Would highly recommend the villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Paphos.

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

A truly peaceful and secluded retreat — exactly what we needed to unwind after some busy work days. The silence is absolute, and the view over the hills, valley, and vineyards is simply stunning. We had a wonderful time here as a family — the place is very comfortable, and the pool was a big highlight for both kids and adults. Great location too, with easy access by car to Polis, Paphos, and the sea. The host was incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and quality time with loved ones.

We stayed for one week. The villa was clean and tidy on our arrival. We especially appreciated self check-in at the villa after an evening arrival at the airport. The location is beautifully quiet and peaceful. We had a hire car to explore and sightsee. You will definitely need a hire car if you wish to visit other areas. Our pool and garden area was all clean, the gardener visited during our stay and was very discreet as not to interrupt us. Despite some cooler weather we did mange to brave some pool time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to go home.

Demetris war ein toller Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Er begrüßte uns persönlich spät abends und hatte bereits ein paar Lebensmittel parat so dass wir nicht hungrig ins Bett mussten. Die Kommunikation war immer super und auf jeder unserer Anfrage wurde eingegangen. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön, unsere Kinder liebten es dort zu spielen. Es gab sogar viele Spielsachen für die Kinder wie eine Rutsche und Sandspielzeug. Es kam regelmäßig jemand für die Pool und Gartenpflege. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Demetris als unseren Gastgeber und dem Haus. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!
