Our house, which holds Tourism Rental Permit No. 15.09.2025/18-003, offers a unique level of comfort with its 6.5-meter (21.3-foot) ceiling height, kitchen + loft living room, underfloor heating, a fireplace, and en-suite bathrooms in every room. It is located in a very central location, 15 minutes from the ski resort. In our 5,250 m² garden, in areas enclosed by a private fence, 5 lambs, 7 geese, 29 chickens, 2 dogs, and a 750 m² organic orchard await you. Don't forget to get eggs from the henhouse for breakfast. Our home and garden are alcohol-free.

You can walk to the Hıdırlık Observation Terrace and the Old Bazaar sightseeing areas from our mansion located in Safranbolu's Historical Old Bazaar. You can wake up to a morning with a perfect view with the sounds of birds and breathe the historical air. If a reservation is made, the entire property is rented. A detached house with a garden can be preferred for renting (our house has air conditioning) and accommodates up to 7-8 people😇 It is a natural wonder surrounded by pine forests, near Bulak Mencilis Cave, 3 km from the city center. A quiet and peaceful vineyard house with a large patio, camellia, kitchen stove, and barbecue. Safranbolu houses are 7 km away, and the nearest grocery store is 2 km away. (The phone may not work at every point) (no wifi)

Nimet Hanım Mansion (Burcu Room)

Our mansion with a cistern built by Greek Masters in the 1800s was used as a residence for many years. In 2017, it was restored to serve as a boutique hotel, adhering to its original architecture. There is an original water cistern in the garden. Each of the 6 rooms has its own unique architectural features and is decorated with every detail in mind. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner by the fireplace in winter and in the garden with flowers in summer.
