It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Kaiserthermen, top amenities, with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travelers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business travelers and vacationers.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Our bright, newly renovated apartment in Trier is separated by a road from the Mattheiser Weiher park & was furnished by us with much love for beautiful details and modern design. The bright, open floor plan leaves plenty of room for cooking together, game and TV evenings or just relaxing with a delicious glass of Mosel wine. The historic city center is within walking distance or by city bus. The bus stop is just 30 meters away.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. A convenience store, bakery, wine shop, a 24-hour gas station and a burger and pizza take-away... are all around the corner! As well as the train station and bus stop.

We had a wonderful weekend here. The yurt was bigger than expected and everything was thought of in the furnishings, especially the refrigerator was worth gold during the hot weather. There was also the most beautiful compost toilet I've ever been allowed to visit. We had exactly what we wanted, our peace and privacy in the middle of nature. The only disadvantage is that in the rare event that people can be heard from outside, you can hear them extremely clearly through the tent walls. But Veronika can't do anything about that. Overall it was a great vacation for two, which we would like to recommend.

Home away from home. Easy walking into Trier and also walking trails. It was fun to take the funicular up to the apartment. Friendly hostess and host.
