The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It's only a few minutes to the A3 motorway

The house is an artistic gem in the middle of the historic old town of Unkel and newly built part of a building ensemble from 1925. It is less than 100 metres from the picturesque banks of the River Unkel and at the same time offers breathtaking views of the vineyards.
