It is a home stay worth every penny with all the amenities. Would recommend for a team gathering with lots to do in and around the city.

We stayed here for 2 days and absolutely had a great time. The place is in the centre of the city and easily accessible. The host provided clear instructions and checkin was a breeze. The house was spacious and clean. We had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Stay We had an unforgettable experience and breathtakingly beautiful luxury villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. We highly recommend this place 🙂

My stay at Jagan's place was excellent. There might be some language issue as the care takers speak only Telegu which was not my native language. Other than that everything was fine. Jagan was very responsive even though he was not present.

I stay at this place for wonderful host, good rooms maintained daily. This one is on the third floor, with an open terrace in the front, very good feeling during the stay. Only with government / local municipality wakes up to make the roads better. Will want to go again. Thank you.

The place and the host were wonderful. Easy to locate, and everything is accessible. Great location. The host was very communicative, very helpful and kind. Made us feel very comfortable. The stay was fabulous. Rooms, kitchen, the bathrooms, and the balconies were all really well maintained. Had a fantastic time and a great place to start the new years 🎉

This beautiful villa feels like home, the moment I entered i could feel the warmth also the ambience, amenities and specially they have a well equipped kitchen i made some yummy dinner for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa 19 by kiwistays. The moment i saw that bathtub i was so excited and happy to use it and i did!!! I loved each and every corner of this house.

The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It came equipped with a reliable WiFi connection and a TV preloaded with popular OTT platforms, ensuring great entertainment options. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato cater to this area, and it’s easy to get cabs as well. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, located at the nearby Clubhouse, are just a short walk away and add to the relaxing atmosphere. The caretaker was exceptionally responsive, just a call away, and available even for late-night requests. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a close friends’ reunion. From the moment we arrived and met at the house, everything felt perfect. The space was exactly what we needed—comfortable, spacious, and full of great amenities. We especially enjoyed the home theatre and the private pool on the terrace, which made our time together even more special. The host and staff were incredibly generous and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the heart of the City.

This space is pretty amazing with the high ceilings and incredible furniture . It’s been made with a lot of taste and understanding of the space that it’s been built in. I wish the host provided a TV for longer stays , where you could watch a movie with the family. Also the kitchenette is missing a sink which would be good to have instead of always asking the staff to provide utensils . A ceiling fan on the upper bedroom would be great too. Otherwise , this is one of the most spectacular properties I’ve stayed at !

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed property in Coorg. The interiors, done up in calming whites, give the space a serene, Pinterest-worthy charm — every corner feels thoughtfully styled and photo-friendly. The caretakers were extremely sweet and cordial, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day! A couple of suggestions for improvement: the pool, being open, had quite a few floating insects. A transparent cover or more frequent cleaning could make the experience more enjoyable. Also, the washroom flooring could be better maintained, as it didn’t feel as clean or fresh compared to the rest of the property. Overall, it’s a peaceful, aesthetically curated getaway that we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Coorg!

The place is amazing and very peaceful. Surrounded by greenery and away from the buzz. The place is well for a quick weekend chill.

a great place to host families during occasions as well as hosting parties with friends. Well equipped. AC in one room only. a lot of mosquitos in the balcony, which is expected, but then had repellents at hand. Overall, a great stay. More on the expensive end.

Varun was extremely supportive and helpful throughout our trip to Raresky. He took care of all the arrangements and was very kind. We would definitely recommend this place for small functions or team outings. It was a day well spent, and the cleanliness was maintained proactively. We truly enjoyed our trip Thank you team.
