Amazing views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If there is clear weather, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique hiking destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

The perfect place for Aurora. Outdoor sauna/tub.

Beautiful secluded cabin with sauna and tub at no extra cost. Situated in a small picturesque fjord, 1.5 hrs drive from Tromsø. Perfect location to experience sound of silence and get in touch with nature, while watching Aurora in winter and the midnight sun in summertime. The area is great for fishing, hiking, hunting, skiing or just relaxation inside by the fireplace or outside by the campfire pan. We provide top range snowshoes, waterproof insulated overalls, headlights and spikes for shoes.

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

House by the sea near Tromsø with panorama views

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

A hot tub sits on a wooden deck, framed by nature and overlooking the ocean. Surrounding the tub are views of trees and distant mountains under a partly cloudy sky, creating a peaceful outdoor setting.

Idyllic cabin in the Lyngen Alps

Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern lights in the winter and the midnight sun in the summer. The cabin is by itself, with a spectacular view. You can hear and see the ocean from the terrace. You need to walk up 140 stairs to the cabin, or walk the access road. You can be a bit shocked by the steepness, but it's worth it :) You can not drive up so you have to be a bit sporty to rent this place.

High standard mountain cabin an hour from Tromsø

Spacious and well-equipped cabin built in 2014-2015 to a high standard. The cabin is located in a small, and relatively new cabin area 1 hour drive from Tromsø. Great easy going tournament to all seasons. In winter, this is an ideal place to see the northern lights due to low light pollution. It is also easy to put on your skis or snowshoe right outside the cabin wall. Great opportunities for hunting and fishing. This is a place to relax with family or good friends.

New, great cabin with a lovely view!

About this place: The hut is brand new and special. In the kitchen and living room there are large window surfaces and and very high under the roof. The view is therefore spectacular and has to be experienced. You can hear and see the sea from the terrace because the cabin is only 50 meters from the sea. You can park your car almost right next to the lodge. It is therefore very easy to use the cabin. You can carry your luggage right into the cabin.

We enjoyed dour stay on Rebbensoy, a beautiful remote island in Norway. Perfect for people who want to experience natural beauty along with a peaceful environment. The location is excellent, close to the ferry and across the street from the beach. Remember to bring your own food as there are no restaurants on the island. There is a small shop that offers essentials but with limited hours.

Trine was great on helpfull communication and local knowledge. House is old and comfy. Plenty of space and efficient new air source heatpump so nice and warm. Location perfect for our ski trip. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in the cabin! The view of the fjord is beautiful, it's an amazing spot for northern lights watching! The cabin is very pleasant to live in, nicely decorated and well maintained; and the fire that burns in the stove is a real comfort after facing the cold that rages outside.

June has a great holiday home on Vannøya, very good space and with all the comforts. Fantastic hiking terrain right outside and short way to the ferry port. Recommended!

Lovely cabin with lovely views to water and mountains

We have had the most incredible 2 weeks in April at Knut and Karina’s cabin. The cabin is homely and welcoming, very clean and well stocked. The views and surroundings are breathtaking and we were able to fill all 2 weeks with either trips back into Tromsø or locally, many days spent building snowmen and having snowball fights with the kids. Cannot overstate how wonderful the cabin and location are. Karina was also very helpful and gracias, we would come back again in a heartbeat.
