The view of the house where 3 families stayed was very nice. The layout of the house was very handy. Only some parts of the house need minor maintenance. We had a nice vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Everything was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived later than expected. The owner waited for us and greeted us personally! This is a real human relationship that warms the soul :) Thank you very much for this! The villa itself is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for life. We were a big family and everyone was accommodated comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, so it will be cool in any heat :) There is also a fairly large swimming pool on site. Very clean and well maintained. The water in it was always very warm) I would also like to note that there is a small pool for children next to the main one. 15 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes by car/scooter. Pebble beach, you can take a sunbed, a cafe, everything you need for a good holiday :) So our holiday was wonderful, thanks again to the owner for his hospitality and responsiveness, I hope we will come again ! :)

The location of the house is very good right across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different than the photos. The nice useful pool is great. It can be a problem for those who can't swim just because of the height of the pool. I think its height is around 180cm. Every item that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sunbeds on the beach. It can be rented from hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. Our only problem was the showers upstairs with little water. It was flowing like a rope. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed. With its beachfront location, pool, and sauna, it's the perfect vacation spot. Seda's hospitality is outstanding. This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!
