This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. (Price adjustment possible) The room There is a 14-tatami kitchen & dining room, 6-tatami Japanese-style room (additional use of 8-tatami Western-style room when booking for 4 people), toilet, washroom, and shower room. It is a safe, all-electric specification. This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. The facility is a cottage in Nijo Fukui, on the west side of Itoshima City. Exit the facility to the left and you will reach Oirase Beach within a 1-minute walk. Also, if you go outside and walk about 5 minutes to the right, there is a coastal promenade with a beautiful sunset, and it is a very close location to the sea. There is a functional kitchen with cookware 🍲 and utensils such as pots, frying pans, chopsticks, and ladles. The living room has a TV 📺 and sofa, so you can comfortably stay as if you were at home. There is also a pool table 🎱, so please enjoy it with your friends 👫 and family 👪. There is also a nostalgic Pac-Man game machine.
