My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

The entrance features a modern glass door with a black metal frame. Bright light illuminates the spacious lobby area, showcasing tiled flooring and a welcoming atmosphere. Clear signage indicates the building's name and number, adding to the accessibility of the space.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux ! L'appartement était propre, très bien équipé et le lit était très confortable La localisation est idéale : proche de tout, mais dans un quartier calme. Daniil a été extrêmement réactif, disponible et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Je reviendrais sans hésiter et je recommande ce logement à 100 % ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience.

Квартира очень уютная, с потрясающим видом на горы, когда погода позволяет😁 Расположение удобное, рядом, на территории апартаментов, расположено множество магазинов и аптек. Апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям, всё было чисто и удобно. Если были вопросы, то на них моментально отвечали. Нам всё понравилось 🥰

Добрый день! Останавливался в этой квартире в июне 2025 — остались только положительные впечатления. Пространство очень уютное, с современным интерьером и тёплой атмосферой. Всё продумано до мелочей: от кухонных полотенец и таблеток для посудомойки стирального порошка до патчей и ушных палочек. Очень чисто, бельё и полотенца свежие в достаточном кол-ве, матрас удобный — спать было комфортно и тихо. Локация — одна из лучших в Алмате: всё рядом — рестораны, магазины, барбершопы, прогулочные зоны. Вид на горы потрясающий, но особенно порадовало, что окна выходят во двор — нет уличного шума, и солнце не перегревает квартиру. Это особенно актуально летом. Спасибо за отличный приём — с удовольствием вернусь!
