Monthly Rentals in Karang Tengah

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

I'd definitely recommend it. The apartment is small, clean,and quiet. I've never lived so high up. It was also convenient to have a washing machine. I was fine using Grab/Gojek or public transit for the 1hr plus commutes to see sights in central Jakarta. There isnt much to walk to nearby but there's a supermarket with everything (Daily Supermarket) and a bus stop within 19 minutes walk (it used to be 14 mins but apartment security has recently decided to lock the pedestrian gate so you can no longer follow the shorter Google Maps walking route). There are convenience stores in the apartment complex. I never met the host, I assume its a company not an individual, but staff immediately responded in almost all cases when I asked for things from water to a cooking pot. It is as in the photos except for part of the wall beside the entrance. The damage was immediately painted over after I raised this with staff. Now they just have to smooth out the lumps and it should look like mew
