I recently stayed at an apartment owned by Gulmira, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Gulmira is an attentive and sincere host who made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and impeccably clean. It is fully equipped with all the modern appliances one might need, making the stay exceptionally comfortable. Living here was a true pleasure, and I am already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

We spent several wonderful days in Larissa's place. She was very welcoming and kind. The place is spacious, clean, well arranged and near the main roads but silent. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much ! I would definitely recommand !!

Everything was great! Oleg met me at the airport, was very attentive and caring. The apartment is wonderful, looks even better than it appears in the photos. The best part was the presence of a dishwasher😄. Thank you so much! Thanks to you, the vacation was a success ☺️

The residential complex is located in the city center, within walking distance is the central park where with attractions, the pedestrian bridge "Atyrau", the embankment of the Ishim River where boats, catamarans run. Akimat and other organizations( Architecture, General Plan, Ministry of Agriculture, Embassies, etc.) A huge selection of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The State Academic Russian Drama Theater named after M. Gorky., Palace of Schoolchildren named after M. Utemisova. Airport is 18 km away. Nurly Zhol railway station is 12 km away. Astana railway station is 4 km away
