Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. Dee's place is absolutely stunning, set in a spectacular spot looking out toward the lake, located just on the outskirts of town, a very short drive and you're in the heart of Rotorua. Close to the Redwoods Treewalk, a must-do attraction! The space is warm and quiet making it a great spot for a weekend getaway. The little touches of breakfast foods and a welcome note made you feel welcome right from the start. I couldn't fault anything here so a very easy 5 star rating!

This was a five star stay!! The space is in a fantastic location, the hosts are very kind and responsive, the space itself is immaculate and was perfect for our family of four. Lovely little room with a great view. We went knowing it was a room on one end of someones home so no surprises (I think this may have threw some reviewers). Waking up with a coffee and the view over the lake made it so we had trouble finding the will to leave in the morning. The host was responsive and gave us our privacy also.

Chris! What a legend! Super kind host, and very refreshing to rock up in an MTB destination and the host has thought about where guests will not only wash there expensive equipment, but where they can securely store them. The flat has everything you need, and very close to one of the access’ for the Redwoods trails. Awesome stay, highly recommend!
