There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.
